Bigtree, Interactive Television merge

Mumbai : Bigtree Entertainment, an online ticketing solutions provider has merged with the online ticketing solutions division of Interactive Television to form Bigtree Interactive Ticketing. The new entity has entered into a marketing and revenue sharing alliance with horizontal portal Indya.com. Post the merger of Bigtree Entertainment and Interactive Televisions' online ticketing division, there are five shareholders in the new company - Interactive TV, the three promoters of Big Tree Entertainment (Mr Ashish Mr Hemrajani, Mr Rajesh Balpande and Mr Parikshit Dar) and Chase Capital. Chase is an investor in Big Tree Entertainment which was earlier under the Go4i umbrella as Go4ticketing.com. As per Bigtree Interactive Ticketings' marketing and revenue sharing deal with Indya.com, while the online ticketing company will focus on providing complete ticketing solutions.Copyright © 2001 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
