Dharma Computers, LANCO Global Systems ink pact

Bangalore: Dharma Computers Pvt.Ltd, an eBusiness solutions developer and supplier that create online value from offline assets, and LANCO Global Systems (LGS), an solutions provider in the areas of Internet and Web technologies, e-commerce, e-strategies and Net-centric solutions have entered into a partnership to offer customers faster integration and deployment of vital Web-based applications. LGS business development manager AS Prakash said the partnership with Dharma would be a potent combination of technology and implementation strength. Through this, the company's customers would have access to world class solutions, which would enable then to achieve the desired benefits in deployment and migration to e-commerce faster and quicker, he said.Dharma Computer's tools would facilitate creation of new and mission critical applications that are vital for business houses aiming to move to e-commerce. This would also save time and resources for LGS' clients in integration of backend systems to web-based applications, Prakash said. Dharma Systems president J Sasidhar said Dharma Computer's partnership with LGS would provide customers with quickest way to deploy an integrated, cost effective solution that complements the existing IT infrastructure with rapid development of Web-based initiatives. Sasidhar said the partnership assumed significant importance to the company as it was the first such one in India. Under the tieup, LGs and Dharma would use Dharma's eUnify to help customers link their legacy systems to B2B and B2C eCommerce and Web applications.
