Ispat International NV, the flagship of the London-based non-resident Indian Laxmi Niwas Mittal's stable of companies, has ironed out a strategic alliance with the Brazilian group IMSA's steel processing division, IMSA ACERO.

IOC plans to restart fire-hit Panipat hydrocracker in 10 day
Indian Oil Corp said on Monday its Panipat refinery hydrocracker, shut down after a fire last week, was expected to re-start within 10 days. Five people were killed when the hydrogen gas compressor in the new refinery's hydrocracker unit caught fire early on Friday.
