Moody's to pick up 11% stake in Icra for Rs 6 cr
Global credit-rating agency Moody's Investors Service will pick up an 11 per cent stake in Investment Information & Credit Rating Agency (Icra) for Rs 6 crore. Moody's will be allotted 10 lakh shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 50.
