Louis Philippe introduces the Wine CollectionThe men's wear lable from Madura Garments, Louis Philippe has launched the Wine Collection in the domestic market. The latest offering comprises shirts ties and knitted shirts, in tones of burgundy, plum, grape, and crimson with ecru and cheese highlights. Made of pure cotton as well as cotton blends, the shirts are available in a range of checks, stripes, plains and solid textures. The Wine shirts are priced upwards of Rs 754, while the ties start at Rs 395 and the knitted shirts at Rs 495.
Godrej-GE unveils new washing-machine model:
Close on the heels of the `Auto Clean' washing-machine model launch in the fully-automatic range, the Rs 794-crore Godrej-GE Appliances has launched the new Godrej Smartwash 5.9 kg twin-tub model with `active soak' facility for the first time in the semi-automatic range. According to a company release, the new model is equipped with `active soak' which churns clothes at regular five minute intervals to allow dirtto be dislodge easily. The new model, fitted with three wash cycles, end-of-the-cycle buzzer, volume control, is priced around Rs 10,200 along with a free VIP Elanza suitcase for the festival season, available at Godrej-GE's 3,500 outlets across the country. This is the ninth model in the Godrej smartwash range of washing machine and fourth twin-tub model, the prices of different models ranging from Rs 4,000 to Rs 18,000.
