The wait comes to an end, for Alia Bhatt as well as all the fans who had been waiting for Gauri Shinde’s ‘Dear Zindagi’ with bated breathe. The teaser of the movie was released today by Red Chillis Entertainment.

The movie starring Alia and Shah Rukh Khan for the first ever time is directed by English Vinglish fame Gauri Shinde. The stars had been teasing fans with the anticipation of the first look and to say the least, it’s one promising catch.

The oh-so fresh pairing of Alia and Srk is definitely what the movie is going to be all about. The teaser that takes you through enjoying the little moments of life can be called an extention of movies like ZNMD.

Dear Zindagi’s one and half minute teaser voyages through the two stars enjoying their day at the beach, cycling and will instantly make you want to grab your backpack and reach simpler times. Shot in Goa, the film also stars Aditya Roy Kapoor and Angad Bedi.

WATCH THE TEASER HERE :

Alia looks similiar to her last role of Tia from Kapoor & Sons but then she brings the needed zing to the character that hardly any other contemporary of hers can. Needless to say, she looks capable enough to carry the film on her shoulders and with Shinde’s direction and SRK’s charm, it’ll just help her case some more.

And oh, did we mention, SRK looks charming as he rides that bicycle? Or playing kabaddi in the sea? Such a breather from his last duds of Dilwale and Happy New Year.

With heavy dosed romance and action flicks lining up, Shinde’s Dear Zindagi surely will beat all your weekday blues and make you smile a little more. The movie is slated to hit the theatres on November 25.
