After their victory on the field on Tuesday, the Indian cricket team joined Yuvraj Singh for another kind of victory, namely his wedding to Hazel Keech today – after all the tribulations in his life, the Haryana lad is finally getting hitched and it surely counts as a victory. Cricket teams of past and present were in attendance with everyone from Virat Kohli to former India captain Kapil Dev at the event in Yuvraj’s hometown Chandigarh. Virat, of course, stole the show with his vigorous dance moves and his black kurta paired with a beige stole. Parthiv Patel, Mohammed Shami, Ajinkya Rahane and Ishant Sharma all turned up to give Yuvraj a grand send-off from the bachelor boys’ club to one of a married man – the marriage is tonight. Other members of the cricket fraternity who turned up included Murali Vijay, Ashish Nehra and Ravindra Jadeja.

Yuvi’s dad Yograj Singh matched his son’s attire, wearing a dapper black outfit. Mohammad Kaif, who turned up in a maroon kurta and silver jacket, posted a selfie with the couple, captioned, “Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai. Congratulations @YUVSTRONG12 and @hazelkeech. Have a great 2nd innings brother. #YuviDiShaadi.” Head coach Anil Kumble and the supporting staff, who were all in Mohali for the test match, were also in attendance. The Indian team later shared a pic on its official account of the wedding, captioning it, “indiancricketteamCongratulations @yuvisofficial and @hazelkeechofficial on the new beginning.” The pic proves that after their win on Tuesday, the team was all set to unwind and enjoy. And since no cricket event is complete without a commentator, Gautam Bhimani was naturally invited for Yuvi’s pre-wedding bash.
