Fortunes might finally turn good for Leonardo DiCaprio this year and he might walk home with a much-awaited Oscar in the best actor category.
Talking about his best actor nomination for the flick ‘The Revenant,’ the 41-year-old actor said that it does feel great especially when someone works on something for this long a period of time, reports E! Online.
Talking about his flick, DiCaprio said that it was unlike any other filmmaking experience he has had and to have so many different departments recognised the way they were, to see all their efforts and work connecting with the Academy and our community, it does feel great.
The ‘Titanic’ star added it’s not often that films like this even get made, but the fact that it’s gotten recognised means they are going to get to do more like it, so that’s encouraging.
The Revenant is leading the Oscar race with 12 nominations, including best picture, supporting actor and best director.
