The troubled waters for Karan Johar’s ambitious directorial Ae Dil Hai Mushkil refuse to settle down. After facing the heat for casting Pakistan import Fawad Khan in his film post the attack on Indian troops, the Censor seems to be the new spoilsport in the much awaited romantic flick.
The film that stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor opposite each other for the first time has apparently been requested to get rid of a few steamy scenes. The stars who are seen romancing in the trailer are oozing amazing chemistry and this has created a lot of buzz among the fans.
The Censor board members have asked the filmmaker to cut down on three-four scenes from the film. The film that is slated to release soon was screened for the Censor board team in the presence of Producer-Director Karan Johar and a few scenes between Aishwarya-Ranbir have been asked to be removed in order to issue a U/A certificate to the film.
KJo reportedly wanted to retain the scenes but had to give in. The board members appreciated the film’s aesthetics otherwise. The film that revolved on a mature love story’s angle was received well apart from the few scenes. This might mean a low moment for Johar and the film’s fans who have been waiting endlessly for witnessing the crackling chemistry between the first time paired stars.
