We all know that Baba Ramdev is a renowned Yoga guru. We all know that he became a business mogul after starting out as just a common man. We all know that for many he is an icon. But, do we really know how he achieved so much success in life and what all he faced during this journey? To reveal his success story, Bollywood actor-director-producer Ajay Devgn has joined hands with filmmaker Abhinav Shukla to produce a biopic on Yoga guru Baba Ramdev, according to a report in Mumbai Mirror.

The success story of Ramdev will be told through a TV series titled Swami Baba Ramdev: The Untold Story, the Mumbai Mirror report added. The Untold Story will revolve around Ramdev and his aide Acharya Balakrishna. The TV series in a number of episodes will trace Baba’s journey from a common man to a national icon, a global figure and a business mogul. Reportedly, research work is underway for the Ramdev’s biopic and shooting is likely to commence by the year-end.

Ajay Devgn has returned from a family vacation in Maldives and resumed shooting for Milan Luthria’s action thriller Baadshaho. Devgn will soon start shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again. The film is slated for Diwali release. Devgn, who has produced several projects in the past, will add another feather in his cap by means of Baba Ramdev TV series. Ajay Devgn has produced Son of Sardaar, Singham Returns and Shivaay in the past. Baba Ramdev, who is now a renowned global figure in field of Yoga, was born on December 25, 1965, in a village of Haryana. Ramdev studied Indian scriptures, yoga and Sanskrit in several gurukuls before he became a sanyasi and adopted the name Ramdev from Swami Shankar Dev. His big career milestone was his show on Aastha TV in 2003. Ramdev featured in the yoga show in morning slot after which he gained a massive folllowing. Ramdev-led Patanjali is now a big brand in India as it witnessed exponential growth over the past few years.
