Rapper Chris Brown has finally won the joint custody of one-year-old daughter Royalty, whom he has with Nia Guzman.
A Houston judge ruled strongly in Brown’s favour during a court hearing on September 11 that the rapper and his baby’s mother are to share equal time with their child, reported People magazine.
Brown, 26, was ordered to pay USD 2,500 a month in child support, which is what he’s already paying, which was far less than the USD 15,000 a month that Nia had sought.
As for Nia, she has been ordered not to discuss the details of the court case on social media. Besides, she was warned to not publicly defame Brown.
Back in July this year, Brown filed paternity documents to fight over Royalty’s support and custody after he claimed that Nia was denying him legal rights to see the little girl.
