Bigg Boss 10 premiere garnered quite a lot of attention on social media, thanks to the popularity of the show and the host Salman Khan but then that’s the case every year. The launch episode is promising and the rest is decided on the contestants. But Colors and Endemol India, the producer for Bigg Boss were in for some pleasant surprise.
The 9th season of the show though had a great start with over 80,000 tweets on premiere episode, the rest of the show suffered majorly. With low TRPs and lacklustrous contestants, Bigg Boss 9 was forgettable.
Maybe that’s why the season this time was framed uniquely and the effects are for all to see. With the lovable Salman Khan back on the stage, BB 10 premiere saw Twitter conversations multiplying nearly 50%. Twitter had launched a special Bigg Boss 10 emoji and with its usage, a record 111K conversations were calculated beating the previous season by a fat margin.

With every day episode, Twiteratti tweet to express their views on the housemates and the show. Twitter had launched the eye emoji on the premiere day and has been witnessing active usage.
The three month long show witnesses different people coming to live together under a roof without any means of communication and making it till the last day amid controversies and politics. This season however has contestants from non-celebrity background as well.
