Actor Ben Stiller broke the world record for the longest selfie stick at the premiere of “Zoolander 2”.
The 50-year-old actor took on a challenge in presence of an adjudicator from Guinness World Records, reported E! online.
Stiller was presented with an official Guinness certificate following the effort, in which he took a snap with a group of celebrities using the eight-and-a-half metre long device.
“Record breaking: #Zoolander2 snaps world record with the longest selfie stick ever made. @GWR @SamsungMobile,” the Twitter account for the film posted along with the picture the actor clicked.
Stiller also took to Twitter and wrote, “This was much more dangerous than it looks.”
“Zoolander 2” will hit the theaters on February 12.
