Union Textiles Minister Smriti Irani has today asked the people of Uttarakhand to vote for the BJP to bring in the stable and responsible government in the state. In a couple of election rallies the minister spoke on BJP’s commitment towards the welfare of farmers, women, youth & initiatives announced to improve healthcare & education in the state.

In a tweet, Smriti Irani also added that it was PM Narendra Modi who had laid foundation stone for Chardham Highway project to improve connectivity and ase travel for the pilgrims.

In the meantime, addressing an election campaign rally, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that politicians and bureaucrats are the real people who have looted the country. “Those who have looted the coubtry will have to return what they have taken,” Modi said in Uttarakhand. He added: “People have problem with me because I have stopped corruption,” he said.

“My fight is for the poor of country, I don’t want to trouble, but those who have looted the poor by misusing power,” he said. The prime minister also congratulated the scientists for successful testing of a missile that can destroy other missiles 50 km above in air. “I congratulate our scientists for successful testing of a missile that can destroy other missiles 50 km above in air,” PM Modi said in Rudrapur.

Yesterday, while addressing a rally in Haridwar, the prime minister said that he would not want to leave his discretion and limitations while speaking, but if the Congress continue to make baseless allegations than the history would not forgive them.

Narendra Modi, while stressing that his government is for the poor as he had himself seen those day and said that his aim to build home for them.

He also said that giving job for jobless and providing for was the agriculture field of farmers are among his top agenda for the people of his country.

The state will go to Assembly polls on February 15. Results will be declared on March 11.
