Urban consumption is showing early signs of recovery with indicators such as passenger car sales and consumer durable production showing a pick-up. Deceleration in inflation and consequent improvement in purchasing power is supporting discretionary consumption. The recovery in growth is expected to be driven by domestic drivers like urban consumption and revival in public capex. A rise in foreign investment inflows is expected to further support the revival in capex
