Why to talk about India if there is poorest of poor are present in our state Orissa even who are not able to earn single meal a day. Our God Jagannath is owning crores of rupees worth land, who is going to benefit from this? None. Still we can witness more than a lacks being donated everyday as per a daily news, but don't have the time & money for these poor.

With proper management, everything from annadan halls to universities can be set up. So, don't condone encroachments by real-estate sharks.

A good move - Temple authorities should e auction the land and use money for education and welfare of its pilgrims- University can be set up on the line of TTD activities and uplift the backward areas of the state, if necessary by setting up similar temples and spurring religious activities around these places.
