The govt has done mistake of promoting huge important activities in already over flowing citiws like Delhi-mumbai. Govt shlould ban all new setups in such cities and only propmote in two tier cities like gwalior-bhopal-Jabalpur-Moradabad-nasik-nagpurPatna-ranchi-uttarakhand-bhubneshwar-kalahandi-warangal-kurnul-raichur-bidar etc
