There is a famous UFO case in Switzerland where the contact person claimed he was trained by extraterrestrials from when he was five years old. Part of his extensive training was to travel to India to a place called Ashoka Ashram North of Dehli. There he took several photos of an extraterrestrial craft which was disc shaped. Perhaps this is the same extraterrestrials checking out the refinery. That craft was from the Dal universe and piloted by an extra terrestrial woman called Asket

"On 24 January 2013 around 8.30 pm, one unidentified bright object, perceived to be of the size of a volleyball, was seen hovering over the refinery. It was seen to circle four times before disappearing," Prasad wrote.This object is nothing but a natural phenomena .Because of some thermodynamic condition and presence of some selectrive gases burning light may appear. It should always be in the circular form. There is little danger associated with it.

It is quite unbelievable,that in this era of sophisticated smart & mobile phones no one could or did bother to take snap of such a strange thing, which could be carrying dangerous sabotage devices as some readers suggest. In-spite of getting clear warning why our Govt or the authorities of the refinery are not taking it seriously.The infamous Indian attitude sab chalta hai is going to cost us very dearly.Who is going to make our eyes open and when.
