What Mr. R.P. Singh has revealed is true in almost every government organisation where the subordinates have no say in dissenting with the view of his superior. Even if the subordinate has put up a factual note, the draft is corrected by the boss, and the former has to sign it, as though it was his opinion, and if anything goes wrong, gets the blame for it. Any employee in a government / government undertaking will vouch for this sorry state of affairs in our administrative system. About this CAG position, if the present going ons are observed, it has become a monstrous authority unto itself, who can say anything and get away with it, causing embarrassment to the whole nation with his reports which may not have any substance. Even in our Supreme Court no single Judge can be the sole ultimate authority to decide on any issue; there is a provision for appeal to a bench of Judges; there is a Constitutional Bench and the beauty is that any the Judges can have a dissenting view and the majority opinion is the ultimate that prevails. In the present context, there is a urgent and definitely need to restructure the CAG institution, on the lines of our Hon'ble Supreme Court (which is the pride of our nation, among the various pillars of our democracy). The Govt. of India need not shy away from such an idea, because some people are going to make a hue and cry about it, who themselves may have to face the same awkward situation, because they may also become the ruling party, because, ultimately the majority of the people of this nation prevails, and no individual should have any unbridled power which is nothing short of autocracy.

As we seen the devils interview mr.singh cearly in fumble he was brought by the idiot party to malign the bjp for political mileage how can a idiot to quote 1.2 lakh crores pressumptive loss to 2652 crores as we are not having any flowers in our ears,this fellow sold out to congress party& made allegations on the influence,how this idiot has signed with out study of report in the capacity of DG of audit whether he knows the business rules&the procedure of auditing,never other wise how this fellow after retirement that too after 16 months made relevations,this is a case of non integrity,not knowing of office procedure.If any objections in the report to the knowledge of the officer then &there only to discuss and rectify if not there to write his comments on report but this mathar chod officer is totally a tyranny anti national,self sold bugger if situation warrants he may sold the nation,so he may be treated as anti national what ever the punishment deemed to given under court of law.

. People blame everything is't that obvious ; . No one is better neither congress nor BJP ,but there are good people in both parties is't that obvious . one party want to embarrass other party is that too obvious . Any one can manipulate a report without any error margin , ask a CA how he does it , is't that obvious ;shh... just don't count the last transaction just put your own figure BASED ON INFLATION , Untill now !!!!! . Joshi loves BJP . Joshi turned blind eye to figures given by singh figures , . Singh's objection was silenced on media frenzy on blaming government , there are 3 documents at the least showing his resistance during publishing figures . Now media want's attention so they hail singh ; . Some people don't like it because the are Pro BJP ; . Some people like it because they are Pro congress ;

sonia-rp singh collusion

Mr sigh is not aware of media that he used now to get publicity. If came out openly it would have earned him fame and money-from congress. He was aware. He should have accepted the report because he thought it was correct or he should have been ignorant how to audit. Or it is highly possible that he contacted sonia or she contacted him for an offer. How else one can interpret the situation. He put one figure as 1 lac 2 thousand and another figure as just two thousand-a dn now befroe media he said there was no loss???????? He said he was under pressure the next day he said he was under no pressure either from Mr. Joshi or form CAG. No media including Headlines today highlights this. If he was under no pressure why hid he then sign on the papers. Many resigned and many had gone to jail. what was he doing all these days. Now whom he wants to save????????????? MEDIA MUST POSE THESE QUESTION TO HIM INSTEAD OF GLORIFYING HIM AND DILUTING THE SKY RISE CORRUPTION.

CAG

What R.P.Singh is saying is true, BJP, which made so much cry against Govt. taking presumptive losses indicted by CAG, should make an apology to people of the country. Also the media, whose duty is to bring truth to the people, instead became partner to vilification campaign against Govt. harming the economy of the country. Media, no where tried to know the truth of the story & tell the the truth behind it to the people. Now to save their faces, they are now raising ir-relevent questions, like why Mr. singh kept quite for 14 months,I think I remember when CAG gave its presentation before PAC, this thing has came up but was buried under the carpet. All he has said can be confirmed from files in CAG. More over CAG Vinod Rai is an IAS not a professional auditor, while RP Singh is an auditor by profession & practice, thus he can speak better on auditing practices than CAG himself.

It is surprising how Media is reporting RP Singh Statement. Singh told firstly he or CAG was not influenced by MM Joshi PAC Chairman. It is reported goodie goodie about Congress and even readers had become blind Congress followers. The fact is UPA mishandled 2G and SC already cancelled 142 licences finding irregularities. No amount of Media support to UPA can remove blame on Govt. The Govt and Dr. MMS should take steps to prevent frauds like this and apologise country for sleeping over matter and also allowing Coal scam 1,80,000 crores.
