Wealth creation is to be the concern not only the government but also of every citizen. Assets- Tangible or intangible, Intellectual property rights are all to be disclosed and valued. The more the wealth disclosed there should be given a cut in the tax rate of Income tax whether it is corporate or non corporate. What is lost as wealth tax will be made good by Income tax on the income yielding assets. Abolish the provisions of the Income Tax Act relating to Gifts treated as income. There should be reward for truth and punishment for falsifiers. Agriculture revival is paramount importance and the entire gamut of agriculture from credit to labour are to be studied for its viability
