Tata Motors to launch nationwide service camp

40 checkpoint service campaign at 527 authorised outlets to start from 11th November

Tata Motors has announced a service campaign for its passenger car owners at its 527 authorised workshops. The Mega Service Camp will start from 11th November 2016 and continue to 17th November 2016, with discounts on consumables such as oils, lubricants, accessories, batteries, original parts, roadside assistance and labour charges. Customers can also avail exchange offers from these dealerships for a new Tata car. Customers can benefit from discounts of up to 10 percent on value-added services and accessories along with an additional 20 percent concession on Tata Motors original parts and labour charges during this Mega Service Camp.

Recently the company shared the third position at the 2016 JD Power Customer Service Index Study with Hyundai Motor India Pvt Ltd. The parameters of the survey include service initiation, service advisor, service facility, vehicle pick-up and service quality. The carmaker will also introduce the Tata Hexa in January 2017, that is expected to lock horns with the Mahindra XUV5OO and Toyota Innova Crysta.
