Mercedes-Benz introduces Sport Edition A-Class, CLA and GLA in India

The German car-maker celebrates the spirit of football for the UEFA Euro 2016

Celebrating the spirit of the UEFA Euro Championship 2016, Mercedes-Benz has introduced the Sport Edition of the A-Class, CLA and GLA. Celebrating the spirit of the UEFA Euro Championship 2016, Mercedes-Benz has introduced the Sport Edition of the A-Class, CLA and GLA.

Celebrating the spirit of the UEFA Euro Championship 2016, Mercedes-Benz has introduced the Sport Edition of the A-Class, CLA and GLA. The company said the special edition is for the young and young-at-heart football enthusiasts in India. The Sport Edition is limited to only 54 units of the A-Class (complementing the 54 teams participating in the Euro 2016) and 108 units of GLA and CLA each.

“With the AMG front and rear bumper, side skirts as well as the AMG carbon fibre mirror cover, the Sport Edition enhances the sportiness and dynamism of these cars. A Sport Edition badge, sport pedals and black hub caps makes these cars a vibrant and sporty collection for automotive aficionados,” the company said in a statement.

To further commemorate the spirit of football, Mercedes-Benz India will be offering official German national football team merchandise along with the Sport Edition.

The Sport Edition prices are as follows:

A-180: Rs 25.95 lakh;
A-200d: Rs 26.95 lakh;
CLA-200: Rs 33.24 lakh;
CLA-200d: Rs 34.25 lakh;
GLA-200: Rs 34.23 lakh;
GLA-200d: Rs 35.26 lakh.

All prices are ex-showroom, Mumbai.

These Sport Edition vehicles will be available only for a limited time period, until July 10, 2016.
