The Tata Indica is an affordable hatchback by Tata Motors which comes with great fuel economy, comfortable interiors and top-notch after sales service. The car comes in two diesel variants. The variants are as follows Tata Indica LS and Indica LX. The Tata Indica comes with a 1396 cc diesel engine with a five speed manual transmission. The Indica is very comfortable car and can accommodate five passengers with ease. It comes with a very effective air conditioning unit and the floor console also has a provision for a mobile charger. It comes with a 220L boot space. The steering wheel has four spokes and the instrument panel is very chic. The Tata Indica comes with a common rail direct injection type diesel engine. The diesel 1396cc engine produces 69PS of power and 140Nm of torque. The diesel engine feels refined and runs smoothly throughout the rev range
