The Ford EcoSport is a compact SUV offered in three engine options, a 1.5 litre petrol, a 1.0 litre EcoBoost petrol and a 1.5 litre diesel. The Ford EcoSport measures 3,999 mm in length, 1,765 in width and 1,708 mm in height. All variants of the compact SUV come with follow me headlamps or homesafe headlamps, body coloured bumpers, rocker claddings and rear defogger. The higher variants come with body coloured door handles, chrome front lower and upper grille, rear wiper with washer, signature lightguide, silver painted roof rails and front and rear fog lamps.

The 1.5 litre TCDi diesel engine produces 99 hp of power at 3,750 rpm and 205 Nm of torque from 1,750 rpm to 3,250 rpm.
The Ford EcoSport has three transmission options for the petrol and diesel engine options. The EcoBoost engine comes with a 6 speed manual transmission, while the Ti-VCT petrol engine comes with a 5 speed manual and a 6 speed dual clutch automatic transmission. The TCDi diesel engine option comes only with a 5 speed manual transmission. All gearboxes have been tuned for an optimum balance between performance and fuel efficiency.
