  • Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS Design and Build

    Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS

Pulsar 135 LS is a sharp and compact looking motorcycle which is inclined more towards sport oriented riding. It is quite thin between the legs with a small 8 litres fuel tank. The headlight is housed inside a bikini fairing and it is a bit angular in design. The fuel tank has extensions that are edgy while the seat is a flat single-piece unit for the rider and the pillion. Lastly, the tail section nicely complements the front with its slim dimensions. The overall build quality is good and doesn’t leave much room to complain.

  • Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS Riding Ergonomics

    Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS

Even though the motorcycle is a bit sharp and edgy in its outlook, it is still a commuter. For this reason, the riding position is upright with a very slight forward lean. The riding stance, in general, is comfortable with the flat seat doing a good enough job in providing a plush ride. Chassis and suspension are quite basic, however, rear gas-filled shockers are 5-step adjustable depending on the load.

  • Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS Engine

    Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS

The 134.66cc single-cylinder unit is Bajaj’s smallest 4-valve engine. It is air-cooled and produces 13.56 PS of power at 9,000 RPM and 11.4 NM of torque at 7,500 RPM. It is possibly the best performing engine in its category with the performance almost matching some basic 150cc motorcycles.

  • Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS Transmission

    Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS

Pulsar 135 LS comes with a 5-speed gearbox which provides positive gearshifts in both up and down movements. The clutch pull is light and the overall experience is of easy shifting in day-to-day riding.

  • Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS Braking and Safety

Pulsar 135 LS comes with a standard 240mm disc brake at the front while the rear gets a 130mm drum brake. The combination is more than enough for the kind of power and performance this motorcycle provides. Also, tubeless tyres at both ends provide further safety in the sense that they do not deflate instantly in case of a puncture.

  • Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS Mileage

Pulsar 135 LS’s engine is equipped with Bajaj’s renowned DTS-i technology which provides a good balance of performance and fuel economy. However, 8 litres of fuel tank is a little small for a motorcycle and it could definitely be bigger.
