Welcome to the limited edition 2017 Brutale 800 America. MV Agusta built this motorcycle to honour its relationship with, you guessed it right, Amercia. Based on the new three-cylinder Brutale 800, the special edition pays tribute to the classic America range from the 1970s.
It is quite tellable really, that what country is the bike paying a tribute to, with the new exuberant livery. It gets a star-studded motif on the tank like the one on the 1973 MV Agusta 750 S. Also, the gloss black paintwork brings out the best in component details, such as the front fender, which sports the MV Agusta logo.
The rear fender and side radiator panel with decorated ‘America Special Edition’ logo make the motorcycle rarer. Even the seat has been given red leather to add to the American flag theme.
There will only be 50 units of the America Special Edition, in line with the 50 states of the United States. Each motorcycle will bear laser cut sequential production number, along with ‘America Special Edition’ wording. The customer will also receive a certificate of authenticity that will have the production number and will be specially framed.
The limited edition motorcycle will be based on the new 2017 Brutale 800 platform, and will features all the latest technical specifications. It will go on sale in the US in July 2017 at a price of $14,998.
The official unveiling of the Brutale 800 America took place during Round 8 of the World Superbike Championship, 7th-9th July 2017.
