The next edition of Project Cars 2 is now available on pre-order and the companies, Bandai Namco and Slightly Mad Studios, have released its trailer where a McLaren 720s is seen tearing through the Long Beach Grand Prix street track. The new game will be offered with LiveTrack 3.0 system which would accurately assess a car's driving dynamics according to the weather which differs on a wet track versus a dry one. In order to add more realism to the game, attention to detail has been put into every aspect. The brakes when slammed hard while taking a corner heat up and the evident yellow colour of the disc rotors is visible.
The new game will be available in its standard edition which would cost $60 plus applicable taxes and duties. However, in case you want more out of the Project Cars 2 game, there are three other editions as well, Limited Edition, Collector's Edition and Ultimate Edition. In addition to the game itself, the Limited Edition would include a steel book cover for it, a sticker sheet and a code for the Japanese car downloadable content. The Collector's Edition would also get a Collector's Edition box, a code for the Season Pass of Project Cars 2, a 200-page art book and a VIP pass to the game's online live events globally, in addition to the Limited Edition goodies.
The Ultimate Edition will be limited to 1,000 copies and in addition to the Limited and Collector's pack, it would also have a signed poster, a numbered snapback cap, a sketchbook of the McLaren 720s and a 1:12 scale model of the supercar. Pricing of the additional editions is yet to be revealed.
The Project Cars 2 racing game is expected to be released by late 2017 and is available for pre-order through the official Bandai Namco website as well as other e-commerce platforms.
