Indian-arm of Korean car maker Hyundai Motor India will be organising the 25th Edition of the nationwide ‘Free Car Care Clinic' and the company plans to connect with its customers from December 19 - 25th, 2017 with over 1,300 service points across the country.
Hyundai's ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ service initiative will offer benefits as per the vehicle age to cater to the requirements of different customers and will offer 90-point car check-up with examination of the engine, transmission, electrical system, under-body, AC, exterior etc.
Speaking on the initiative, YK Koo, MD & CEO, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. said, “Being a Customer Centric and a Caring Brand, Hyundai has always laid a strong emphasis on unique service initiatives. These efforts have made us achieve Number 1 Rank in JD Power 2017 India Customer Service Index (Mass Market) study with a score of 923 making a strong “Service Brand Image” within customers. The 25th Free Car Care Clinic is a step further to make Hyundai ownership a delightful experience.
Hyundai Motor India will be offering discounts up to 10% on mechanical parts, 20% discount on labour (for >2 years old vehicles), up to 25% discount on extended warranty for Hyundai Creta and up to 20% discount on VAS products.
Earlier this year, ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ was announced in March during which more than 3 lac customers across the country availed the benefits. Hyundai's ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ is a nationwide effort to focus consumers’ attention and educate them on the importance of proper vehicle care, maintenance and the use of genuine parts from Hyundai authorized service centers. Almost all car makers have its own service initiative and service camps to keep its existing customers happy and also to build a loyal customer base.
