If you're considering a model that isn't commanding a waiting period presently, chances are you could get yourself a good deal by availing various discounts being offered. In some cases, the company is offering the discounts but there are further benefits you can avail at the dealership level. We've made things a little easy for you by rounding up the offers on vehicles by Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai and Tata Motors. All details mentioned are based on inputs fro company dealerships and the figures may vary from one city to another.
Maruti Suzuki's dealership, Bagga Link Motors, Delhi is offering a discount on Alto, Alto K10, Celerio, Ciaz, Dzire, Eeco, Omni, Ertiga, WagonR, Swift and Ritz Diesel. The entry level car Alto can be availed at a discount of Rs 20,000, Alto K10( Petrol/ CNG)- Rs 17,000, while K10 Automatic is being offered with a Rs 27,000 discount. Another hatchback, Celerio petrol and CNG version gets a discount of Rs 15,000 and CNG variant gets a discount of Rs 25,000. The company has discontinued the Celerio Diesel, however, dealer stocks still remain and interested buyers can avail a discount of Rs 50,000.
The Dzire diesel variant can be availed at a discount of Rs 15,000 while the petrol variant is offered with a discount of Rs 10,000. The automatic version of the Dzire is being offered at a discount of Rs 25,000. The Ciaz sedan too is being offered with a discount of Rs 10,000 with petrol and diesel engine.
For Swift, you can avail a discount of Rs 20,000 on diesel variants, Rs 18,000 on base Lxi variant and Rs 10,000 on Vxi & Zxi variants. The Wagon R is now available in four variants -Vxi(Petrol), VXi( AGS), Lxi( Petrol and CNG) and the latest VXi Plus. All variants are being offered with a discount of Rs 20,000. The Ertiga in petrol and CNG versions is being sold with a discount of Rs 10,000, while the Ritz diesel is being offered with savings of Rs 20,000.
On the petrol variants of Eeco, Rs 15,000 is offered as a discount while CNG variants are offered with a Rs 10,000 discount. The recently launched Ignis and most selling vehicle Baleno and Vitara Brezza are offered with out any discounts.
Hyundai Motor India is giving discounts on Eon, 2017 Grand i10, Xcent, i20 Elite, i20 Active, Verna and Santa FE. According to Samara Hyundai dealership in Delhi, Eon is being sold with free insurance, cash discount of Rs 5,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000. The company launched the facelifted Grand i10 this year and are offering a cash discount of Rs 5,000 and Rs 20,000 as exchange bonus on both petrol and diesel engines.
The dealer is also offering a Rs 15,000 cash discount on petrol variants and Rs 10,000 cash discount on diesel variants of Xcent. In addition, the dealer is also providing Rs 20,000 exchange bonus and Rs 5,000 of corporate discount on all the variants of the Xcent. On the i20 diesel variants and the Activ i20, there's a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus and Rs 5,000 corporate discount.

Hyundai Verna with the 1.6 litre engine is being offered with a Rs 30,000 cash discount, Rs 40,000 exchange bonus and Rs 10,000 corporate discount, while the diesel variants get Rs 30,000 cash discount and Rs 50,000 exchange bonus.. The Santa Fe is also being offered with a Rs 50,000 cash discount. The Creta and Tucson are not being offered with any sorts of discounts as there's high demand for the former model, while the latter is a new launch.

Tata Motors dealer Concorde Motors has confirmed a exchange bonus of Rs 40,000 and Rs 26,000 cash discount on the Nano model. The Bolt is being offered with a cash discount of Rs 5,000 and Rs 30,000 exchange bonus, while the dealership is offering Rs 10,000 cash discount and Rs 25,000 exchange bonus on Zest. Except from these discounts, the company is offering no discounts on Tiago and the recently introduced Hexa.
