Gearing up for the 2018 Auto Expo, India auto maker, Tata Motors will be unveiling its new appearance and has confirmed it will showcase 26 smart mobility solutions across its passenger and commercial vehicle segment. Expect future concepts, new cars and commercial vehicles with a strong focus on electrification and autonomous cars at the Auto Expo. Going by the theme ‘Smart Mobility, Smart Cities’, Tata Motors pavilion is likely to showcase the whole new smart city itself. With its end-to-end integrated mobility solutions across commercial and passenger vehicles, Tata Motors is in a unique position to play a complimentary role in the smart cities of the future.
On the passenger vehicle front, Tata Motors is likely to premier its upcoming premium hatchback that has internally been code named as X451 at the Auto Expo 2018. A report on Autocar India confirms that close-to-production version of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Hyundai i20 rival will be one the big debuts from Tata Motors. Tata X451 is based on the company’s Advance Modular Platform (AMP) and will be first of many products to be come on this platform. The car will be positioned above Tata Tiago and might make its market debut later in 2018 or early 2019. The company will also reveal its new design language - IMPACT Design 2.0 for its cars and SUVs on which all its future models will be based on. Tata Motors’ plant in Sanad, Gujarat is likely to manufacture all cars based on AMP platform. The new design language will give us a fresh look on what future Tata cars might look like and might give its cars a complete new look.
Expect the company to showcase the RaceMo sportscar for the first time in India at the 14th edition of Auto Expo 2018.

Tata Motors will showcase public transport to personal cars, from last mile connectivity to BRTS, from emergency response vehicles to commercial utility vehicles, from green and sustainable solutions to vehicles designed to simply mobility at the Auto Expo 2018.
