The new 2019 Suzuki Vitara has been snapped testing in snow. The car was spotted for the first time almost a year back and the latest images, courtesy Auto Evolution, show that the new Vitara is in the final stages of development. As the 2018 Geneva Motor Show is inching closer, the company might bring the car to the event for a global debut. Coming to the most prominent changes on the new 2019 Suzuki Vitara, the car will come with redesigned bumper and the front grille and the fog lamps have also been revised that offer a decent change. On taking a closer look, one can notice that the new 2019 Suzuki Vitara has a sensor installed at the front and it means that the car might come with an automatic braking system. There is also a chance that the car will feature an adaptive cruise control system. On the rear too, the car will receive considerable changes. The said portion of the new 2019 Suzuki Vitara is not visible in the image properly, courtesy the heavy camouflage. However, it is quite obvious that the car will receive a new tail lamp section to look significantly different from the previous model.
The spy images of the new 2019 Suzuki Vitara also gives a glimpse of the interior. The pictures show that the car will come with new seats that must be aimed to offer better comfort than before. When it comes to the powertrain, some reports are suggesting that the new 2019 Suzuki Vitara will come powered by a 1.6-litre engine alongside a 1.4-litre mill. An optional all-wheel drive system will also be offered to offer better off-road capabilities.
Currently, there is no word on the launch timeline of the new Vitara in India. The car will make its entry to India as the new 2019 Maruti Suzuki Vitara. The car will challenge the likes of Hyundai Creta and Renault Duster if it gets launched in India. More details on the car will be revealed in the coming days!
