Ducati launches Multistrada 1200 Enduro at Rs. 17.44 lakh

Ducati India has launched the Multistrada 1200 Enduro in India at a price tag of Rs. 17.44 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. The sports touring motorcycle is now available across Ducati showrooms in Delhi-NCR, Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Ducati India has launched the Multistrada 1200 Enduro in India at a price tag of Rs. 17.44 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. The adventure motorcycle is now available across Ducati showrooms in Delhi-NCR, Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The Multistrada 1200 Enduro is powered by an 1,198.4cc, L-Twin cylinder, liquid-cooled, Ducati Testastretta DVT (Desmodromic Variable Timing) engine with Euro 4 compliance. The unit delivers 160 hp of maximum power at 9,500 rpm and 136 Nm of peak torque at 7,500 rpm and is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The newly launched Multistrada 1200 Enduro has a fuel tank capacity of 30 L.

The bike is equipped with 19-inch rims up front and 17-inch wheels at the rear. The Multistrada 1200 Enduro also gets Multistrada Link, an app for the IOS operating system. The app can be connected to a Bluetooth on the motorcycle from where the rider can record riding data on their smartphones before, during and after a ride. The app also lets the users know their speed, lean angle, power and fuel consumption.

The riders can also choose between different riding modes with the help of a Full-TFT display such as Enduro for off-roading, Touring for normal riding, Sport mode where the bike delivers more power and Urban mode which reduces the power of the bike to 100 hp.

The two-wheeler maker has offered the motorcycle with many new and advanced features. These features include Ducati Cornering Lights (DCL), Ducati Safety Pack (DSP) as standard, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) and Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC). The handlebar offers easy-to-operate switches for convenient operation on the move, full LED headlights and turn indicators, cruise control, ABS and Vehicle Hold Control (VHC) as well.
