The Platina hasn’t got much in terms of mechanical upgrades and the motorcycle retains its 102cc DTS-i engine that will come mated to a four-speed gearbox. The carbureted motor makes 7 hp of power and 8.3 Nm of torque. However, the Platina’s major saver is the over 100 kmpl efficiency on the motorcycle. The Platina also gets electric start and alloys as standard making it an even more attractive offering at the sub-50k price tag. The bike comes with two colour options -- black and red -- and competes with the likes of the Hero HF Deluxe, TVS Sport, Honda CD 110 Dream and the Yamaha Saluto RX.
