This is the third WNS CFO who has quit in almost a year's time. Former CFO Alok Misra quit the company in July last year after assuming the position in February 2008. Sogani was appointed the CFO in December 2012 after quitting Times Internet in the same position. He was also the CFO of iGATE Computer Systems till 2006. Sogani has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from IIT, Delhi and a post graduate diploma in management from IIM-Ahmedabad.
