Serving up Pan Asian cuisine from an open kitchen and adding a personal touch to each of the 200 dishes listed on the tablet menu, every table at SKKY is a Chefs table. Pampering taste buds with an assortment of Thai, Indonesian, Burmese, Singapore & Malaysian cuisine SKKY is ready to serve the world on a platter. Signature Japanese dishes at Teppanyaki (a live counter) are created to provide an experiential of authentically made Japanese dishes.

Being a connoisseur of good things in life with a strong sense of understanding various palates, he dishes out cuisines of China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia & Japan. And to keep the spirits high at the longest bar in Mumbai, he also serves thin crust pizza & delectable charcoal grilled appetizers to go with the flow at Skky.
Rohan quips that popular restaurants have a Chefs table, where the guests are pampered by the team of Chefs. At Skky all the tables are Chefs table He & his team of Chefs, be it Chef Ram Rana, mastering the oriental cuisine or Chef Vikas, master Chef for Japanese cuisine, are always enthusiastic in creating an exceptional dining experience for all.
Chefs interactive sessions are always welcomed; be it the live sushi & sashimi bar, or the teppanyaki table where the chef flares & flambs his dishes your way. His menu consists of popular as well as traditional dishes which are authentic even in the making. He has been mindful of vegetarians & the Jains too. His entire menu being aesthetically displayed on a tablet, to keep the diners well informed about the dish & the way it will be served along with a little write up & a photo of the dish.
Rohan joined Ramada Powai in 2011 as a Sous Chef & played a dual role of handling the all day dining restaurant as well as the banquets before opening of SKKY. Rohan has completed his Bachelors in Hotel Administration from W.G.S.H.A (WelcomGroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration), Manipal.
