IVRCL bags irrigation order from AP govt

IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects on Monday said it has bagged Rs 761.24 crore contract from Andhra Pradesh government for carrying out irrigation works.

Under the contract, the IVRCL would implement lift irrigation works of Handri Niva Sujala Shravanthi (HNSS) Project main canal in Kurnool and Anantapur Districts of Andhra Pradesh, on EPC basis.

The scope of the work as per the contract includes manufacturing, supply of pumps, motors and pressure mains at site of work including commissioning and testing at each pumping station, the company informed BSE.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 420.50, up 1.90 per cent on BSE.

Petron Engg receives Rs 1.35 crore order from Moser Baer Petron Engineering on Monday. The company said it has bagged over Rs 1.35 crore order from Moser Baer India for supply of chimney and other accessories.

The order was for a project at MBIL SEZ division, Petron Engineering said in a filing to BSE.
