Indian Film Bodhisattva wins at Hoboken Film Fest

Indian movie Bodhisattva won in the Best Supporting Actress category at the prestigious Hoboken International Film Festival (HIFF), called the Oscars of alternative cinema.

Nominations for the film at the festival included Best Screenplay (San Banarjee and Trisha Ray), Best Foreign Language Feature Film (San Banarje), Best Feature Film (San Banarje) and Miska Halim took home the Supporting Actress trophy for her work in the movie. The film which had earlier won the 'Remi Platinum' award at the WorldFest here was screened at the festival in New Jersey whose jury includes veterans like multiple Emmy winner Charles Durning among others. Bodhisattva has been scripted and directed by San Banarjee and Trisha Ray.
