Globus Spirits opens up 10 pct on BSE

Liquor manufacturer Globus Spirits got listed at Rs 110 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, with a premium of 10 per cent over its issue price.

Shares of Globus Spirits opened at Rs 110, up by 10 per cent, and then gained further momentum to touch a day's high of Rs 111.30 on the BSE.

On the National Stock Exchange, the shares opened up by one per cent at Rs 101. But, later climbed to Rs 111.70.

Globus Spirits is engaged in the business of manufacturing, sales and marketing of Indian made foreign liquor, industrial alcohol and country liquor.

Globus Spirits plans to utilise the IPO proceedings for its expansion-modernisation projects.
