EBay Inc today announced the recruitment of around 100 graduates, largely from tier 1 engineering colleges. Of these recruits, a majority will work with the PayPal India Development Center and the remaining with the eBay Product Development Center at Chennai and Bangalore offices.

The fresh recruits are currently undergoing a gold-standard induction programme, which is a 5-week-long boot camp unique to the IT industry.

At PayPal, we tap into the bright minds of our young talent right from the start as we believe that innovation and free thinking play a pivotal role in our global success, " said Anupam Pahuja, General Manager, PayPal India Development Centers.

PayPal India has also recruited more than 30% of its new hires this year from the group of graduates who had previously interned with the company.
