Since the Prime Minister is a strict vegetarian, sources said the hotel was keeping more vegetarian dishes on the menu as well as some Gujarati dishes.
The official banquet for Modi will also have more vegetarian dishes, sources said. Modi relishes home-cooked food or dishes prepared at the Gujarat Bhawan.
