Cincom To Recruit 500 IT Pros For Indian Ops

Cincom India, a subsidiary of Cincom Systems Inc, has announced plans to recruit over 500 software developers and BPO personnel in India this year. Cincom India was formed in 1998 and its state-of the art development centre was set up in 2003.

Cincom builds, sells and supports software for data access and integration, process automation, manufacturing business solutions and business communications. For its Indian operations, it is looking at recruiting software developers and programmers with a broad range of skill sets in the area of Java, .NET, Oracle DBAs etc, as well as helpdesk and support personnel. These professionals will work out of the multi-storied Cincom India development facility in Gurgaon.

Cincom Systems India president Ashish Paul said, India and outsourced services are growing in importance from Cincoms global perspective. Several senior management at Cincom worldwide have visited India in the last year. Cincoms strategy as a one-stop shop for outsourced blended services is establishing new standards for western companies looking at outsourcing.
