Next, she talks about the Unleash routine, where she discusses why plyometrics needs a lot of stamina (as it is a highly specialised form of strength training).
She also tells us how this routine can help increase the metabolic rate, which will help the body burn unnecessary fat faster; while adding that the individual needs to start with the basics and slowly increase their pace to build up the potential of their body with every passing day.
The main routine begins with a warm-up set, including neck rotations, ankle rotations, pull overs among others. It then moves on to the next set, where the level of challenge increases as you do squat knees to chest, squat and balance among others.
