At Rs 19,990, the new Lenovo IdeaPad A10 is arguably most affordable dual-mode notebook and the first based on Android. It is around Rs 2,000 cheaper than the cheapest Chromebook and could hence woo a lot of first-time computer buyers.
Weighing just one kilogram, A10 comes has a 10-point multitouch and can flip 300 degrees. So it becomes easy to go to a productive laptop mode and consumption friendly stand mode. The company also claims a 10 hours of battery life.
The device is powered by a quad-core Cotex-A9 ARM processor and will run Lenovo's customised Android 4.2 with 2 GB RAM.
