Taiwanese tech major on Wednesday revealed that it sold 40,000 units of the Zenfone smartphones within four days of the debut in Indian market.

Post the launch of ASUS Zenfone Series, the smartphone range has been available exclusively on Flipkart and through offline ASUS authorised channels.

Zenfones have reached audiences in more than 300 cities with the extensive reach of Flipkart, the company said in a statement.

Asus launches its ZenFone range of 4, 5 and 6 inch smartphones in India last week and priced them as low as Rs 5,999. In fact, the 5-inch version has been priced at Rs 9,999 and the 6-inch at Rs 16,999.
